“Chicken, Pig, Cow” has been listed as one of ten books on the Toronto Public Library’s “First and Best 2008″ list as well as the Ontario Library Association’s “Best Bets” list. “Naomi’s Tree” by Joy Kogawa has been shortlisted for the 2009 Canadian Library Association (CLA) “Amelia Francis Howard-Gibbon Award”.
